All text, images, logos, and product descriptions on this site are the property of their respective owners. No copyright infringement is intended or implied. All use of photos, texts, images and logos are used exclusively for descriptive value. No affiliation or relationship is either expressed or implied with any company or business mentioned on our site and is not meant to illicit an assumption of one.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases. WebbCo of TX LLC reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe this requirement has not been met.

4. Products & Services

We sell a wide variety of goods including but not limited to clothing, sporting goods, electronics, home improvement items, gardening supplies, tools, collectibles, business and industrial goods, home décor, toys, antiques, and health and beauty supplies. Availability is subject to change without notice.

Our items will have a Condition Statement in every description.We specialize in products that have mild to moderate packaging damage or will be missing the packaging altogether. Items range from new, new open box and gently used. See condition statement for details. All items are sold AS-IS.

5. Payments

Payment must be made in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Orders will not be released until payment is received.

6. Pickup Policy

Customers must pick up items within 72 hours of purchase unless an extension is requested.
If items are not picked up within 7 days, they will be returned to stock. and a 20% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Contact 361-263-7368 in advance (via text preferably) of picking up your purchases so that we can have them ready. Our pick up hours are Monday -Friday 10 am to 7pm. Saturday 10am -9pm.Text us to announce your arrival with your last name (used on the order) and your order number if you have it. Simply remain in your vehicle upon arrival and we will bring your products out to you unless its after dark. We will have a pick up box on location for items to be retrieved after dark. Detailed instructions will be texted upon arrival.

7. Shipping Policy

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with UPS or FedEx used for larger/bulkier items.
Shipping is available within the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless free shipping is explicitly offered.
Tracking numbers will be provided once items ship.
Handling time is two business days, though we strive to ship same or next business day.
If items are not received, customers must contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Items over $200 will require a signature at delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all security devices intact.
Serial numbers are recorded and must match our records.
Fraudulent returns (e.g., swapping broken items) are illegal and will be reported.
Clearance items and custom orders are non-returnable.
All sales are final.

Refunds will be issued once items are safely returned and verified. A 20% restocking fee may apply. All items are sold As-Is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

9. User Conduct

Users must not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior. WebbCo of TX LLC reserves the right to ban users who violate these terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and are effective immediately upon posting.

11. Termination of Contract

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Orders may be canceled and refunds issued if products are out of stock, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable. All efforts will be made to fulfill orders promptly.

12. Limitation of Liability

WebbCo of TX LLC is not responsible for misuse of products, delays caused by carriers, or damages beyond our control. All items are sold “As-Is.”
